Use your mouse to drag blocks from the menu at the bottom.
While dragging a block you may press Z or X key to rotate.
The ARROW keys control the camera position.
The slider in the bottom right corner lets you zoom in and out.
You can destroy and move existing blocks by using the buttons in the bottom left corner.
When you have finished building press the START button.
If all your men survive you will win a Gold medal!
