As before you need Build lasers, artillery, missiles, slow fields, shock generators and blade launchers to stop wave after wave of creeps, now with 4 maps, and 5 difficulty levels.
Click on a tower in the left menu to select it, then click again where you want to build the tower. Click on a tower to get more options for that tower, such as selling or upgrading the tower.
